Owner's or organization's affiliation and a brief description of the owner's or the organization's activities: Mainly my income came from trading and I accumulated enough money to construct my first base.

Reason(s) for Construction: I see that the trading companies in Pennsylvania aren't exporting much Helium. That's why I want to build a gathering point for Helium Miners. Here they can sell what they mined for a better price than in the other parts of the system.
They can also rest here if they are exhausted.

First of all, I don't want you to misunderstand this transmission. I respect your work and I'm sorry if you spent time on my construction's paperwork, but I did some research and I found an economically better place to build it. So in this transmission, I respectfully ask you to repeal my Construction License. If I made financial loss for you or the Republic I'm ready to pay it.
