History:
Considering the fact that the Gallic factions are also trading and do other things in the Kusari Space
The chiefs of all Kusari Defenses and Companies (pirates included) decided that
something has to change! So they all sat down and came to the decision that it must be something
which benefits everyone. Chosen pilots from all Kusari factions were chosen for the foundation of a
Squadrons. That's how the {* Katana *} -> Kusari Strike Squadron was born.

Coronado -> Forbidden -> Exception: Pilot is in combat with group Crayter ships or their allies
Gallic forces or escorted or escort Trader.

Bretonia Sytems -> Forbidden -> Exception: Pilot is in group with Bretonia forces or their allies in the
Fight against Gallic Characters or be escorted or escort Trader.

I'm not certain the Kusari government will look favourably on its citizens banding together to hit Gallic shipping... Gives us more targets in that region, but do prepare for DIRE CONSEQUENCES !

それに、コメントがあるんですけど。。。
Firstly, if you are freelancers, why are you neutral to basically Wild Aoi? They are enemies of all of the humanity.
Secondly, why hostile to Rheinland? Rheinland is not at war with Kusari, as far as I remember.
Also, I think the background needs to be expanded so that you actually make difference from other freelancer groups, be it from Kusari or not.
Also, would like to draw you attention to Tutorial on Unofficial Faction Creation. Not implying that you haven't read it, but you can use a few pieces of advice from there.
Also, when creating my unofficial faction I was kindl provided with this link on BBCode to look your post nice and clean.

If you want to turn Gallic lawfuls into dust, then you got a wrong ID. Pirate ID will work just fine for this goal.

You won't be able to attack transports with the Freelancer ID unless they have a bounty on them from an official faction, your best bet is to go Pirate ID but this will make you a target for KNF/KSP, although that said you should have a look at the Farmers Alliance ID as well.

The freelancer ID states
• Can attack any ship in self-defense or to protect an friendly or allied ship.
• Can fulfill any bounty and escort contracts, and may treat Transports as combat targets when executing a bounty or escort contract against them.
• Cannot use any Transports with more than 3,600 cargo, except for the Pirate Train.
• Cannot participate in Unlawful actions except as described above.
Shooting Gallic lawfuls in Kusari probably constitutes "Unlawful actions"
I don't see Kusari lawfuls hiring you to shoot at Gallic folks.
