As you yourself can see from the log, the person in question admitted defecting Coalition in favour of living ego-centric life of a zoner, dismissing the needs of his People and effectively becoming a "traitor". If you recognise your brother in this person, for the sake of your career in the Coalition I personally suggest you forgetting you ever had a brother, the Party is not famous for warm treatment towards relatives of the traitors of the State. Most likely, all records on him in open to low-rank military personnel and civilian population have been stricken out, so I do not think you will find more information on this matter. As our intelligence reports, the person in question is alive and currently working for Keepstar Research Group (KRG) as a part of Zoner Consensus.

SCEC is likely to have a join geological operation with KRG in the nearest future, so we might collect more information on this individual. At any rate, your brother is de jure "KIA" or "MIA".
