As my temporary assigned duty file indicates I am only coordinating on behalf of the Marine Royale Gauloise chiefs of staff. This should not reflect any assumption of command, only that I am currently charged with processing assignments for personnel related to upcoming operations.

Officer DeLacroix,

I am unaware of the nature of current workplace politics between the military and police. However, any assets interested in participating or assigned to upcoming and undisclosed operations should see to the task without thought for inter-service rivalries. These are not "my" plans, these are the plans of the whole military.

I'm afraid your explanation will not make the GRI change its mode of operation, as the Royal Intelligence is an entity independent from the Navy and thus not subject to MRG orders.
