Evening ladies and gentlemen,

My name is Jack Wallace, and I'm the current project lead for a Libertonian agency that works for the Liberty Government. Such project is classified but we are in need of supplies and raw materials to complete it. While normally the agency prefers the cloak and dagger method, even when in something like logistics and supplying, I find myself trusting the established lawful organizations throughout Sirius.

I do that because everyone is capable of keeping a secret, and well, the bill and invoice comes in handy when the auditors come knocking.

Well, since you're working for the Liberty government (who just confirmed that contact), you seem to be a trustworthy man. So what can we do for you? You were talking about some "raw materials", you need, so i guess we could help you out, as one of our Convoys is about to depart from Bretonia to Liberty. This shipment can be easily redirected to other locations, as it will not impair any of our missions.

Glad to see you already checked my credentials. You can't never be too careful in these happenings. I also expect you will write the invoice in my name, as the Government audits will no doubt ask where the money is being spent.

Moving on, it's somewhat of a tall order. In order to surpress the immediate needs for the project, the agency has built an automated depot in a non-disclosed position within Pennsylvania. Upon aggreement, said depot coordinates and credentials to operate it will be made available.

So here's the list, and let's talk prices.

Well, Sir, i hope you don't think about us as regular traders.

If this is a job, offered by your government, I don't care which branch you belong to, we will do this as fast as we can. Since our Convoys load lots of tanks, handguns, barricades, and other defense equipment in Liberty, we might help you out with some things you may need, this is just a small effort for us. We do not need any payment for this, Sir!

Our fast single merchant "Bolton Castle" reported the first delivery of your requested cargo to the coordinates, you sent me. Cargo papers attached...
