After numerous complaints from some of the civilian contractors I have hired to supply Westphalia Depot about a Rogue pirating them for their goods, I feel it is time to place a bounty upon his head.
This Rogue is a danger to civilians and must be stopped. For this, I am willing to pay 15 million credits for the destruction of his ship, and retrieval of his escape pod. This bounty is valid in the systems of Liberty. Good luck out there.

It would seem like the System of New Hampshire has an increasing number of problems of late... vast and untouched with very few to go the distance to resolve... We've heard talk that this has also attracted the attention of a pair of acquaintances of mine who refer to them selves as 'Ghosts from behind the Veil'.
