I've been thinking of PMC's and Freelancer.
Exactly how would a Private Military Contractor work in Freelancer?
Would we piggyback off of another Military Force? Or House Military?
Open to ideas.

If you wanna do something different you could latch onto a government, that would limit your flexibility in taking contracts though, you would basically be like Blackwater . But if you'd like to join our cause you are most welcome.

For exemple, a house military can't be there all the time to provide good security they can ask a private military company to do security around theyr system.

Correct .
We act ( as well as a specific target hunter group ) primarily as a support unit and fill the gaps when the House Military is either outgunned and needs more bodies , or when they are .... erm ... 'at lunch' ( nobody from the faction online ) and we respond to incidents as they arise ( much as Loyd stated above ) .
We have contracts to operate under these parameters in a number of systems . Unfortunately we cannot furnish specifics to members of the general public . :)

Also the WT do something similar, as mercenaries. You could be a solo merc, i guess, but then you'd not be well-known by the peeps that your hoping to work for.
You'd need to build up good relations with all the militaries, but, if you work for lib, then rhein won't employ you, and if you work for kusari, then bret won;t employ you. Vice versa in both cases.
I'd suggest that you join a faction, such as the White Tigers /shameless plug/ or MM. I know that the BPA is short of members, and would welcome you. I guess it depends on what you want to do, RP or PvP?
Have a few things in the pipeline, slap a PM my way if you wanna talk more about WT.

Bounty Hunter Guild are meant to be hunting bounties, not killing every crimminal and pirates on sight...I though BHG were about Money. So they wouldnt risk to loose personnal or h-fuel or even money trying to kill everyone would they?

Talk to some NPCs, corporations hire them to cover their trade routs and house military's/police hire them to help patrol their routs when they don't have enough ships.
