Quintain will make custom ones for you if you want to spend the credits, he's working on one for me right now.

I wound up using Niko Bellic from GTA 4, but I'm not entirely satisfied with it, if anyone can find something better post away.

I honostly don't remember where I got it.. My friends and I made a d20 future campaign based around freelancer. Although most of the houses were now blended into 1 nation, like the one in Firefly, my character was a descendant of someone in the "Rheinland military", or whatever it was called in the campaign.
