All the cloud based services seem to cap upload and download speed making large files a real problem. By default you can store up to 50gb for free, it has no download/upload speed caps, and the only real limit you'll run into is a transfer cap. You can easily use a number of programs or VPNs / chrome extensions like Hola to bypass this. Alternatively, give them 5 euros a month and you get 200gb storage and a transfer cap of 1TB.
