Discovery 4.81 features, bugs & suggestions - Igiss - 09-21-2006 This is an official thread for reporting bugs found in the latest version of Discovery - Discovery 4.81 Beta 1 - and for proposing new features for future mod versions. If you feel that something's wrong with the mod, even if it's something minor, leave a message here. Do not post anything related to server performance, characters etc., keep this thread only mod-related. Also please don't double post: if you have something minor to add to your previous post, better edit old post. This does not apply if you have something important to add or to discuss. And, of course, you may comment on what others proposed or reported, post your general impressions and thoughts on the new version. Every opinion is valuable for making this mod better than it ever was. The mod opens as usual in FLE, don't know what's wrong with yours Dab. Some utilities don't want to work, however. Or, one utility doesn't want to: Freelancer Companion, it just crashes instantly when new Discovery is activated. As for new systems, I'll share my design documents sometime later. Are all the new systems already named, or still need names? EDIT: Well FLE hasn't wanted to work with the previous mod version before. My systems atm, are version 1.0 systems. Now for bug report #001: In O.theta, the jumphole to Omicron-54 (grid C4) is incorrectly labelled on navmap and HUD as Tau-147. (In case you're wondering I do software verification for a living!) o. |
