The Republic and Commonwealth have been mustering their forces for a battle in Kansas for some time. With the Navy away from the Republic's core systems and the Legion fighting in their own backyard, the balance of power is roughly equal. It seems both sides will be in for a bloodbath that could go either way to turn the balance of power in Kansas.

// Shamelessly stealing Antonio's event format here. The Legion and Navy brawl all the time, but it rarely happens in a controlled environment, usually involves outside elements. Is meant to be a good old fashioned massacre in a nice open area of space with only ourselves and the enemy to worry about. A fleet brawl in a style we don't get to do too often. As an aside, please do not sign up in a shipclass you know you're not good at flying, at least on the Legion side. (Looking at you, cap pilots ._.) Try to keep it balanced by skill as well as by numbers. I know that's not always possible, but I want to avoid stacked teams.
