Tom has been fined and imprisoned for:

In-game tag seen before the name must match the ID as closely as possible. It is not allowed to have the tag not match ID category. For example, it is prohibited to have 'Police' tag and 'Pirate' ID.
Equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible. For example, it is not allowed for Corsairs to use Outcast ships and guns.
Consequences :
Quote:6.22 Sanctions for violating ID rules and RP engagement rules are: credit/equipment fine, placing inside the prison system, ban for up to 30 days. Player may be warned for using inappropriate ID for a short period of time, and sanctions will not apply if the ID status will be fixed as soon as possible by the player him/herself.
Fined 10 Million Credits and off to Bastille
