Can I make a suggestion?
Join a faction. You seem to have very minimal knowledge of the server. If you hook up with a faction or two you'll find many of your questions answered in a much shorter time.
Now, these forums are fantastic for getting information (I use it alot), but you'll find it more efficient to get the answers to your easiest questions through a faction. example of the easier questions include locations of guns, bases, systems, missions, ships. or simple how to's like rep fixing and guard IFF's. All these most basic of details can easily be acquired in a faction in just a fraction of the time it'll take here. ;)

The BAF Guard system jump hole is near the New London/Kensignton Shipping Platform Trade lane. You can't miss it.
