Since you all seem to be lacking in your understanding of how things are done in this House, I will clarify what the rules are for Liberty Navy and Maltese personal in Bretonia:
You are guests in another House, you do not own Bretonia, you do not enforce your own laws and you do not get to criticize how we run our house. It is not a matter of alliances or even the war, it is a matter of common courtesy, you do not tell another how to run their house or break what is in their home do you? The same thing applies here. If you are in Bretonia, then presumably you are here to help, if you are not then you can leave. We have no time for useless individuals.
As for the captain of the (LNS)Razarac, I would have thought that it'd be blindingly obvious that one Does not launch mortar rounds into an allied capital planet. But apparently someone didn't get the message, so I'll spell it out for you. Don't.
I trust you understand now, what it is you did wrong. Understand it's not personal, but these are the rules that apply to everyone, no one is exempt from them, regardless of whether they are allies or not.
