Esteemed guildmasters,

The Mako-class battleship under my command has served our cause valiantly in numerous battles. But me and my executive officers agree that it's time for some upgrades on our vessel. Sulla Felix is currently in dry dock in Alabama Shipyard, having a system-wide damage control and the armor is being upgraded. What we ask from you is the necessary blueprints to construct "MK-81 Autopulses", so we can mount the new guns before leaving the shipyard.
