Really, why? Very strange thing for a Light Battlecruiser to have.

It should have its size increased. Years ago, it was bigger.
If it was larger, it would have less heavies than its fellow heavy BC's, but more secondaries.
It should be upscaled by about 10-15%.

It was scheduled to be revised days before this thread sprung up. The balance team is already on it, and on other battlecruisers as well.
