Just a small, converted old, abandoned bar at a forgotten corner of Sprague, hastily converted into a place for evaluating new recruits. Not much to speak of. Just a table, two practical chairs, a CPF soldier that volunteered for the job now overseeing records of new recruits. A not so stylish recruitment form example could be seen at the table, and loads of ones at the corner so you could pick one from the pile of papers and fill one up.
