For this you will need to be able to draw. If you can't do not bother applying. No seriously don't. The liklihood of you succeeding is rather too small to calculate and I am not paying for anything less than complete perfection.
What's the job I hear you ask. Well this is the thing. I am commissioning a piece of art for the LR's faction status. A picture. In RP it will be hung up in Sylpheed's office.
The picture will need to include the following elements:
Crime Boss Sylpheed in a white three peice suit, fedora hat, and spats (shoes, but a very specific type of shoe) in one hand is a cigar placed in his mouth. The other rests on a jet black walking cane. He's sitting in a high backed chair with one leg resting on his other knee. He is currently wearing the mother of all grins.
Behind him are Ashes Yotaka and Draya Kirillov facing each other in body posture but faces turned toward the artist. They both have one hand on Sylpheed's shoulder. They are wearing a knee high pencil skirt, and a correctly breasted jacket. They are wearing white blouses with a simple bow at the neck. They are also wearing fedora hats. The suit's are black pin stripe. For boots they are wearing calf height black high heeled boots. In their other hands they should be armed with a FL stylized Tommy gun.
The backdrop is a red velvet curtain.
The image should be drawn in a traditional western style, but I will accept anime entries so long as they are good.
Descriptions:
Sylpheed.
Age: Early 40's
Hair: Predominantly black although greying at the temples. Short, but not crew cut short.
Eyes: Ice blue
Height: 6 foot 4 inches.
Physical description: Built like a brick outhouse, Sylpheed is huge. It's all muscle as well, he works out a lot. His face is scarred down one cheek, and he has definite laughter lines. He's all in proportion though, no bizarre tiny head or anything. He shouldn't be grotesquely huge either.
Ashes.
Age: 24
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Height: 5' 2"
Physical description:
Short and curvey, narrow shoulders, wider hips small bust. Straightened shoulder length hair (although naturally wavey), Facially facial features would be mostly japanese. Flat face, higher cheekbones, small nose, smaller lower lip and pouted out upper lip, although her eye shape are less shaped like japanese.

Is this kind of pose ok?
Things that weren't met:
1. cigar/hand is on arm rest instead of at sylpheed's face
2. draya's hand is on the chair rather than sulpheed's shoulder
3. ashe doesn't have a tommy gun
also would it be ok if the 2 girls were slightly different in height? 5'1 and 5'2 is to similar
all to make the composition a bit better and less symmetric and awkward

How you colour it is up to you. Other than that everything is okay. I don't mind you using a bit of artistic license with the details, after all, your the artist not me.

ok now, what i have done, is taken mules drawing and do it sorta like one of those italian pizza house scteches, sorta pastilish, very italian, i aint like the blue but i could not find nythin else
