Propper Color for the Coalition Snubline - SnakeLancerHaven - 03-23-2019
After a serious discussion with a couple folks even inside the SCRA I thought alright what if we use the texture from the old Coalition Snubs (the ones from Sol) and implement it to our newer ones from the Intro which would mean White + Steel Gray + Red here are some examples:

This looks amazing! And I think would fit the current Colors of the Coalition Shipline alot! Is anyone capable to retexture this? If possible use the same objects as shown on the 2nd pic + the way the Red, White and Gray was used and apply it on our current snubline:

The current snub colour is the intended colour. If it requires anything it's refinement not a recolour into the ever so common and generic black.

Though I would like to see a little more uniformity between Caps/Snubs personally.

Just turn the caps into the same industrial brushed steel colour. Let the Hessians have the sleek black scheme that they have always had.

nah, Coalition snubs after the implementation of the daggers were the first ones to recieve black colors. After those, RHA requested theirs, OCs have theirs turned black, so did Core. Other than that, there were only civilian ships or so that were black.
I like this color mat as it realy blends in with the Capline. It's not FULL on dark like the Typhoon, has Dark gray mixed with a bit pale black. Also updated the thread with how they looked like before

Because we needed a quick and dirty way to differentiate shiplines without creating new assets, although the cap line already incorporated black.

Pale black is... gray. Anyway, the bottom line is that we're looking to move away from black ships, not add more of them for the sake of trying to look edgy or overly serious. I have serious issues with the use of the color black from a technical standpoint as well, as dark colors are often used to mask poor/lazy UVs.
