ADMIN NOTICE: Player Banned - Virus - 02-25-2009
Tommy.Gun has been banned 21 days for:

So calling someone stupid, because he comes and engages me without a notice, and tried too collect my bounty posted by a lawful bounty hunter? tell me what's up with that will you sir?
i've been called far worse, by people well known, and you have done nothing too them, not even a warning ive posted reports but nothings been done about it, so tell me wheres the justice?
( Also, ive spoke too many people, and they infact think someone Calling someone Stupid is not in any form of insulting. it's a personal view of another player, there for it's not an insult, and if you decide too take away our personal views of other players you'll start having alot more reports on you're desk.)

Well, let's see... I went back and looked through the reports you posted about swearing. One man lost 90 million credits, one was banned for 21 days, one was warned, and one lost everything attached to his ship.
Needless to say, these were a long time ago. We take insulting very seriously, here. If you think calling someone names to their face is an OK practice, go get a job and then call your boss stupid. See what happens.
If you think the engagement was against the rules, report them. Do not take matters into your own hands and insult people.
Am I still being unfair?
