FLMM 1.31 is the one you should use.

Can't help ya there, so don't hold your breath. I never hosted my own server, so I don't know anything about it. Try PMing Xelgion, I know he once made his own cap server.

Umm... I think you should know that the global server was taken down by Microsoft quite some time ago, if that's what you mean. You have to use other methods to connect to servers now. Somewhere on these forums are instructions on how to connect to the servers that are still online.

There are no official servers, and there is no server list anymore.
There is no official repository for online servers.
