In the light of an uprising amount of uncommon intelligence data and other valuable information being gathered. A new secure network has been set up to keep Sisters informed about urgent, unusual changes to the daily routine. Additionally, it shall provide a place for Sisters to inform the Elder Circle about unexpected encounters.

Where do I start? I suppose it is the easiest to keep it short. I was on the Unmei, Mi managed to get us stumble into a weird situation in Hokkaido, close to Ainu. Met up with Lady Cardamine and the Empress herself there. We had quite a famous guest today, I must say. Entire situation is described below.

These days are quite busy. Yet another unusual encounter. I decided to take the Kyosei with me to Tottori, finally finalizing my attempts to charter the whole system. I stumbled upon a fellow sister and one of the Coalition Expeditionary Corps vessels, again.
Turned out they waited for our arrival, hoping for someone to representate the Sisterhood. Given my stance, I took the freedom to do so and we came to the result that a non-agression pact in official form might be favorable. I pledge the Elder Sisters to come together right away, read the below attached logs and come to a decision. Personally, I see an oppurtunity to give them something already done, namely respecting their partnership with the Blood Dragons, but getting something out of us for ourselves. Preferably a lot. We will see.

I have following information to report to the Sisterhood at large.


⧫ Contract
Under contract of our ally, the Cadiz Cartel of Malta going under a moniker of “QC” requested delivery of 20.000 units of optronics for their project in Omicron Tau. Three transports were dispatched for this purpose: Shimai, Bittercress and Shinigami sorting by total tonnage from most spacious to least. Contract has been resolved and accomplished in timely manner by organized effort of the convoy with only one incident worth noting.

On the last stretch back home, entirety of the convoy has been loaded up with cardamine destined to central logistic center of Ainu before being distributed across our installations Kusari-wide. The details is important as the Bittercress - being most heavily armored out of the three and thus placed in the vanguard encountered a Maltese pirate. This would be nothing out of ordinary if not for his demand to drop our cargo under threat of violence which has been promptly dismissed by the convoy leader. Battle ensued in which enemy combatant has been destroyed at cost of no lives from Sisterhood and approximately 10 million Sirian credit estimate, to be re-evaluated at the drydock. Bittercress and and Shinigami came out without a scratch.

Enemy contact carried designation: MOA-’Whisper’. Evaluation of combat skill leaves much to be desired but it cannot be understated that Waran class bomber will triumph against a trade vessel. Furthermore, several SCRA affiliated contacts had been spotted near the Freeport 10 which should be investigated.


It is advised to step up escorts on the Tau boundary to combat the “MOA” in its infancy while lobbying the Maltese government to take the brunt of the effort to ensure safety for our convoys in the Edge Worlds.
⧫ BDM Encounter
On the same day, elements of the Sisterhood intercepted Rheinland gunboat belonging to official branch of the Rheinland’s Intelligence: the BDM. Deploying gunship Unmei as a counter, BDM was forced to concede with our demands and agreed for interrogation. All available information pointed to that captain of the gunboat was none other but Geoff Enfield, the leading figurehead for the BDM. Designation of the gunboat was BDM|U-101

Mission statement of the Director G. Enfield was of diplomatic nature, as an envoy on behalf of Rheinland State to the National Council of Malta. Allegedly, the Outcasts uncovered a new resource sought after by the BDM and has since obtained how-to expertise as to how to extract this ‘resource’. The true nature of this asset is unknown but is implied to be some kind of ore. Discovery of the material happened on PLANET ALBEGNA, OMICRON TAU deep within Outcast controlled zone. GC elements available at scene made an offer he could not refuse: the GC tracked and escorted the U-101 unit outside of Kusari sphere of influence all the way to Omicron Tau despite reluctance on both sides. It came with valuable intelligence on relationship between Federal Republic and Malta.

We need to research this subject further. I advise one of our sisters to be dispatched to sovereignty of Malta to investigate mining facilities on planet Albegna. Furthermore, it appears that BDM is trusting us, to a degree. Sending an envoy to Frankfurt should not be ruled out.

⧫ The Reds
Briefly, but worth noting. One of the agents of the SCEC - a branch of the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army - had made contact with us at Freeport 10, as well as possible supporter by name Sun Koken, a Buddhist self-styled monk piloting Zoner transport BODHI. Despite obvious ideological differences between goals of the Sisterhood and that of communist Rogue State of Omegas, the pilot codenamed SCEC|S-”HYDRA” decided to issue a substantial donation to our cause totalling to 100 million Sirian Credits.

As of result for this monetary injection, restoration of additional gunship for purpose of integration into our fleet roster will be accelerated by weeks ahead of schedule.

It is to be argued that SCRA can be afforded some leeway in Kusari, so long their interference in our affairs will be limited to aid such as received that day and their continued assistance to Blood Dragons on Tomioka. They are to be reminded that we do not, under any circumstances, will allow a communist regime in Kusari which has no major support from among citizens of our House.

The following message is of highest imperative to our Elders. We have a traitor among our ranks. I urge you to convey at earliest possible opportunity before more lives are lost.


⧫ Treason
This is disheartening but requires to be reported in fastest order. One of our cells have been corrupted and strayed apart from Amaterasu light. However I shall report matters as they come chronologically. On a first independent voyage, the GC Gunboat ‘HEAVENLY SOLEARES’ was undergoing final tests of propulsion, targeting subsystems, navigation, life support and deep space survival. Our newest addition to the fleet is renovated Tridente class warship, one of the three hulls at our disposal alongside already functional 'Unmei'.

Close to midnight of Sirius Mean Time from 27th to 28th April, ‘Soleares’ was dispatched to rendezvous and hail one of the apparent transport ships belonging to the Sisterhood. ‘Fuyuzora’ answered the hail and was subjected to routine procedures, that involving also a cargo scan. We discovered that the transport - while unfit and poorly designed to transport human cargo - was utilized to bring hundreds upon hundreds of people to Malta. Commander of ‘Fuyuzora’, flying under flag of Genaan sub-sect have refused to be confronted about their crime and instead made its best speed to Malta, beyond our reach.

We are aware of these inhuman practices adapted by the Maltese in recent decades to artificially bolster their workforce but that does not mean we have to consent to their practices across Kusari. Per the Orange Treaty, they have to obey Sisterhood in our space as the rightful rulers and keep their destructive hedonism at home. The Outcast Slave Trade is in no way benefiting us or Kusari and is irrefutably against every law of man and nature. To see one of our own Sisters succumb to greed and dedicate to ruining lives of hundreds of individuals… is sickening.

While I hold authority to approve actions of the highest order, I cannot in good conscience sign a death warrant on one of our own no matter what they did. I turn towards rest of the advisor circle to come to the conclusion. This has to stop, fast. I am withholding evidence to anyone but the elder sisters until consensus is reached. I hope we were first to discover it and that rest of Sisterhood will not suffer the consequences.

Until further orders are received, I will take personal command of ‘Heavenly Soleares’ under guise of securing cardamine trade between Ainu and Malta. It is combat ready and capable of engaging any and all threats ahead of us.

⧫ Synth Foods Gaijins - An interesting offer

Looks like Synth Foods reads alternative news channels! Else I could not explain myself why they suddenly contacted us. I took over, figured it might be fun. Well, it was indeed funny. They seem to be very willing to compensate us for troubling Samura and their minions, like if we are not doing this already. Let's do it more, maybe we can really get ourselves biodomes once again this way. Naturally only if he did not lie here.

I hope my work is satisfying. Today was quite interesting.

⧫ A tactical decision

Following the uprise of demand for materials labelled 'Refurbished Electronics', the Asuta was ordered to the main market for this goods. Coronado, Barrier Gate. A bit of convincing work made the dealers leave 3335 standard units to us, but for a hefty sum of not less than 3.500 Sirius Credits per unit. It would be advisable to get a hold on more of this materials within the next days, they might prove useful in the near future.

⧫ A Rheinlandic encounter

Following the situation above, I've returned to the Amaririsu. Briefly after launching from Ainu, we received a pinging signal in the system. We managed to track its location and ran into a BDM agent. I will be honest, I first expected them to send us some sort of message through the established channel but this was fine too. The conversation was relatively long but showed their intentions. Following Enfield's wish, they attempt to establish a cooperation with us. I refrain from leaving a comment about our Empress and her acquaintance with the Büro's Direktor, but it leaves no doubts that they are friends.
Anyway, the conversation continued, a few points were mentioned. I spoke a bit too much, I suppose. But they will be our eyes in Rheinland and the Omegas as it seems that they spotted vessels belonging to the Gen'an Cell in this areas. I suppose they will prove useful in more than this regard too in the future. Our meeting was stopped when the Direktor, who showed up himself after a while, made a hasty disappearance.
His instincts were correct, briefly afterwards a Naval Forces vessel with the typical "broken" transponder was encountered.
