One month ago, I was informed by the director of EFL, Jérémie Dupont himself, of an unregistered facility located at the outskirts of our territory, in Lorraine. I disregarded the information as being unworthy of my time. It'll fall quickly into disrepair owing to faulty construction or negligence on the part of its unwashed owners, thought I.
I am not often wrong. But I was, this time. To this day, and in bold defiance of the norm, San Sebastian continues to exist, vexing us all with its unsolicited, rusting presence. I expect it is packed full of Maltese expatriates, engaged in all sorts of dirty manual labour designed to corrupt our youth with their strange, unnatural drug. While Gallic youth can generally be relied upon when it comes to choosing the right tool to intoxicate themselves, I won't take any risk. I am mobilising our reserve units to form a quick reaction force and remove this installation from the premises ; and all within it. Our colleagues from the Police and Intelligence services are welcome to join in this effort. Here are the details of opération Quiche lorraine.
DESIRED OUTCOME : complete and utter annihilation of the hostile installation known as San Sebastian storage.
LOCATION : Lorraine system, 2D.
PREDICTED ENEMY FORCES : insignificant. Threat level considered low.
REQUIRED ALLIED FORCES : Four Valeur-class battleships at the least. Moderate escort and light fighter screen desirable if can be spared.
TIME : Sunday 21st of Avril, 19h00 standard Gallic time. RV point is Lunéville guard station. NOTE : available units outside of Gallia are advised to meet up with a jump-drive capable battlegroup in the orbit of Leeds, prior to RV time.
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT : No quarter is to be given. Eventual prisoners will be transferred to the GRI unit Les Révélateurs and thus placed under their sole responsibility.
I will be in command of this operation aboard the Téméraire. Any questions, ask them in response to this transmission.

I am happy to report that the Richelieu-class Dreadnought I am in command, christened Dutertre, is at full operational condition, except a pair of prototype weaponary we inquired. In any case, the lack of specific weaponary in question will not affect siege capabilities of Duterte.
We are equipped with a Jump Drive Mark IV and can assist with transportation of critical assets as welll as contribute to the siege.

In my knowledge we have still a Valor avalaible in Ile de France. I will take then the RNS-Landerneau for the siege. The RNS-Bonne.Naissance might help aswell.

San Sebastian is no more. The surprise attack launched yesterday saw to it. No resistance was encountered.
It feels like it was too easy, and reports indicate continued presence of Maltese vessels in the area. There may be another facility out there. Ten million francs to who finds it first.
Additionally, at the behest of our colleagues from the Révélateurs, wargames will be held in Orléanais at the time scheduled for the siege, and elements wishing to partake may still meet in Leeds to be ferried to the designated location. I've opened readership of the wargame's description here.
Have fun and try to learn something out there.
