After looking at Rheinland house space, I have identified 2 locations for a new prison.

Stuttgart near Baden Baden and New Berlin, behind Planet New Berlin. I would favor a prison in New Berlin as even though there is much traffic, we can enforce a restricted area easier.

With regards to design, I suggest we get hold of Daumann Heavy Construction and we have a meeting with them. We can identify the flaws around Vierlande Prison so to better equip our new prison. I do have a few recommendations, and certain crucial elements may be needed from Rheinwehr, but we will cross that bridge when we get there.

I have had a close look at these locations. Unfortunately I don't think these are fitting locations. We need a location with enough distance to solar objects, that prisoners have it harder to escape the system, even if they manage to run from the prison.

Inspektuer von Thielau, I have gone over your proposed site, but I highly recommend to rather consider Neu Berlin rather as we can get a response team on location much quicker, than in Stuttgart.

I would suggest if not behind Planet Neu Berlin, then possible close to the Sun in System Neu Berlin. It will allow three to four possible access points if needed.

Please consider this option rather.
