FAM Troubles - Jdgamer50 - 03-02-2009
I have the Freelancer Account Manager, nice program by the way Korrd, and I am having a bit of trouble. I have Vista, just so you know, and I go to create a new windows user, then log onto it and run Freelancer. When click multiplayer, it gives me the ID and so on. I go back to the FAM in that user, it adds that new Freelancer account to the database. I go back to my original user, I click the FAM icon, and the account isnt there. When I boot up Freelancer on the new user account, I boot it up from the Discovery RP shortcut, instead of the original Freelancer shortcut, just in case.
Please help me! Its killing me that I cant get a new character!

Next time you do it, export that account through FLAM and then import it when you are on your regular username. That should work out for you

I tried that, but when I try to import it, it says "This account is already in the database and cannot be imported" or something along those lines. Also, when I activate the new account, it says that there is a new one and it deletes the one I just created and sets up a new one.

This issue has been resolved by Jdgamer50 their selfs. If anyone else has this problem, its because the new username needs to have admin rights(from what I was just told)
