As such, your vessel/station will be protected under section §1-3 of the Maltese Codex of Interstellar Law, and must continue to abide by the Codex for so long as your ship/station is bound to the Republic. Registration for Rent of Maltese Owned Space

§4 of the Maltese Codex of Interstellar Law declares that any modular installation within Maltese space is to be registered within this channel. By registering your station you declare that the information within your application is true and free of interpretations, and follows every section of the Maltese Codex of Interstellar Law. If this is found to be false in any way, your installation may be denied. In certain circumstances, the applicant may be denied re-registration.

Registration for Extensions of Modular Stations

§4-3 of the Maltese Codex of Interstellar Law states that the construction of modules pertaining to the defense or operation of modular stations is unlawful without confirmation of the construction by the Maltese Department of State. This extends to all modules with the exception of the storage module. Construction is not taxed by the Republic of Malta, and is merely moderated. Please post requests for module construction below.
