RNC-Aachen has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 05 march 09 for:
Quote:6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.
Consequences: Fined all your guns and your cap6 armour.
Notes: The word "DESTRYO!" (yes the typo was there) is not a good enough engagement notice. Attacking a guy who doesn't know you're fighting... In a battleship? I mean... C'mon man.

I will say that I ordered a destroy order for that ship, but in the fireball of activity that was going on there it was probably lost.
Oh, and the fact that I had ten second speech lag probably didn't help either.
