With my rekindled interest in the mod, especially given that the place is going to smell less of cheese after 10 years, it is time to start bumping Disco up the youtube trends.
I am looking for inspiration on topics to cover. Currently two active single-video topics are being made, one a top 5 list of interesting IDs (personal), and a sketchup of ''what is discovery freelancer'' from the narrative aspect of a more tabletop orientated audience.
Those two are locked in, but I am currently looking for possibly shorter videos to cover and I am looking for input on the topics of such. Suggest away.

I guess you could make videos about different locations. For example Omegas: what's interesting, the story behind everything around.
It somehow strikes me that Discovery doesn't have its trailer, something to catch the eye of new players.

You could do a revamp of some of your old tutorials as Discovery has changed a lot in the recent years. What about something like a "Funtage" where you take clips of funny moments and compile them into one video? You could do a Lets Play again but have the community vote on certain aspects at the end of each video. Ship reviews? Might be worth seeing if you can get the Department Heads + GMs to sponsor you with ships and/or credits to make these kind of videos.

Don't worry it literally hasn't changed or had any major progression for about 6 years.

^This is imho a really neat idea - since most people stuck hanging around Liberty. It might be an episode series about Rheinland, Kusari, Bretonia but also Borderwords ( Corsair and Outcast space). This might be also a good place to mention the /restart commands.
People who never played in single player campaign - might be a little confused about the lore and storyline behind some houses - their relations and conflicts.
