No Ransi/Sarissa around Malta - StDH - 08-19-2019
So eh, patrols around Malta were diminished to Stortas only, and it wasn't mentioned in changelog.
Why?
Bring back the glorious Ranseur / Sarissa flotilla :/

Cap patrols have been scaled back near capital planets/assets selectively. IMO, it should be all or nothing (preferably nothing, cap patrol are annoying).

So are people RPing in an empty system. Capital NPCs at least gave a sense of fear, that you should not leave the scent of your tail everywhere.
It's boring to enter a system without having something to fear.
