Could not contact Kitty / File does not exist - Kiny0 - 09-16-2019 Hi all, I'm having issues at the moment with updating the client to the last version. When I open up Laz's launcher, I get en error with Code F01 (the remote server returned an error : (403) Forbidden). I then click OK and get additional info : Code: An error has occured while parsing the content of the patch list file.Note : the name of the file always changes after I try to restart the launcher. I then click OK and the laucher closes itself. If I try to launch DSSelfPatch.exe, I get the following message : Code: Could not contact Kitty. Please report this error on the forums to receive assistance.I saw that this guy had kind of the same issue, but his solution did not work for me. https://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=129556&highlight=kitty I tried reinstalling the mod, nothing changed. Any ideas about what to do ? The default configs and the builtin fallback FQDN is patch.discoverygc.com. Go into your Discovery install folder and edit launcherconfig.xml. If the RemotePatchLocation field says kitty, change it to patch.
