Let me show you not good choices in font formating
Disclaimer: It's only about font readability. For a style formating you can read other guides.
The best tool to experiment with font readability you can find here.
1) Font with size less than four is too hard to read, eyes are getting hurt.
I saw a message where they even chose Agency FB font to make it worse

2) It's also a bad idea to choose a font(Orbitron) designed for headers to apply for all written text. Letters are uncomfortable to read(they are too much different from standard Arial). Orbitron is designed to make noticeable only a few phrases(Headers).

3) Since we have a black background, it's highly preferable to have bright colors for a font. It's a bad idea to choose dark red/dark blue/dark gray and e.t.c, because of little difference between text and background

4) Small additional advice. It's a good idea to make an empty new line between every 4-6 lines, to make a text more readable and comfortable for human eyes.

Rules to make the content more sensible:
- Do not overuse words. There is almost always more than one descriptive that can be applied to a situation.
- Avoid excessive superlatives. The magnificently awesome description rarely is.
- One thought, one sentence. (ex: Cats have fur. Sometimes, the fur is multiple colors.)
- Group similar thoughts together; when the topic changes, new paragraph. Corollary: Even with the same topic, when the thought changes, new paragraphs apply.
- Before you publish, try to read your material as if you are someone other than yourself. If you can't do it in your head, read it Slowly and Thoroughly out loud. Do not make the mistake of "knowing" what you wrote because you will miss places where you did not include words, where the word order is incorrect, or where the spell checker betrayed you with a correctly spelled, wrong, word choice.
- If your writing is important, and you have time, have someone else read it before you publish, especially for "official" correspondence.
Admittedly, not all rules apply in every situation, but I use most of the above all the time.
For the record, before posting, I read the entire post twice, replaced several words, restructured a couple of lines, moved three of them and removed an entire paragraph.

Not even in my wildest dreams would I have expected =such passionate responses.
The GRG desires to cooperate with the entirety of the Order and we did not mean for
matters to escalate as they did. Clearly the constant threat of the Nomads rest heavily
on your minds, an organization as the Order has little choice but to remain hypervigilant after all.
The Legacy of Orillion seems willing to cooperate with us while the Overwatch has hesitations given
GRG's origin with the IRG, this is understandable and as such we will endeavor to comply with your
request to clear things up.
Regarding James Erzie; he disbanded IRG without notice and left, he is not part of our new organization.
Nor do we have any information regarding his current or likely whereabouts, the man was somewhat of a recluse.
We will have our HR department confirm this for you as per your request.
Regarding our potential services, I refer you to this limited access of our database.
Please keep in mind that this access will only let you see the names of the weapons and ships we can build,
as well as some visual displays in some cases. The actual blueprints for building them, as well as the materials
involved, are somewhat of a company secret.
On the matter of Velvet; I have no doubt they are a trustworthy ally but fact is they are
a quasi-military force who are most likely focused on building their fleet and weaponry
in addition to potentially doing research. While we are fully dedicated R&D without other distractions.

be it Overwatch, the Legacy, or even both, want to investigate.
What is also worth mentioning is that we intend to set up a supply line of automated drones that would harvest

I must confess we cannot release the blueprints; they are a closely guarded secret and
the founder of the GRG, Martin Lawrence, has become somewhat paranoid regarding
sharing its details with anyone after years of people trying to steal the designs from IRG.
What I can say about them however, is that they are not in any way shape or form based on
alien tech or materials. Regarding their safety, I do not believe I have ever heard of an untampered
unit causing a problem.
If it helps solidify this statement, we are willing to stay away from any nomad related research while
working on the Order stations, should it come to that. Our interest in working together with the Order
does not stem from a desire to work with Nomad materials or technology; it stems from a desire to help
improve humanities odds against the alien threat.

 The hydrolics groaned in protest as the armoured bulkhead door slowly opened onto the exterior anteroom of Oderwerft's Dock One. The Rheinwehr soldiers within snapped to attention as the new arrival was revealed in the dim glow of the emergency lighting. Wearing a simple sanitized field uniform, the only indicator of the Director's rank was the small golden pin on his collar, and the armed guards that surrounded him.
Letting his eyes adjust for a moment, the director looked at the junior officer leading the quarantine troops on this deck. "Herr Leutnant," he nodded his acknowledgement of the man, but did not wait for a reply: "The quarantine is in full effect, ja?" The man nodded nervously by way of response, falling into step behind the director as he strode down the corridor toward the access hatches that led to the Archer Class ship sitting in the dock beyond.
Arriving at the bay's primary control, he Direktor wordlessly approached the console and busied himself tapping in a series of codes. Almost immediately the control center's screens flickered, the Quanartine Warning message disappeared and was replaced with the Buro's logo. Checking the displays Speer was pleased to see that the logs confirmed the quarantine remained in effect. "Gut, nobody in our out. Systems feed is stable, all command and control functions rerouted to this station. We can begin."
Turning to the group around him, he issued his orders in rapid staccato, not waiting for acknowledgement before moving on to the next officer. "Gut. Leutnant, double the guard on the external permiter and all adjoining hatches. Agent Sellers, there is an antechamber there," he pointed at a bulkhead door opposite the dock's disembarkation point, "set up a secure interrogation room there. Tiebe, speak to the station manager and arrange for a nearby cargo bay - transfer the necessary analysis equipment from my ship so that we can begin analysis of hardware as soon as possible."
The men wordlessly went to their work, while the director looked around the group, seeking out the Daumann representative quietly standing aside, unsure of what to do. Pointing at him, gesturing that he should come closer, the director's tone softened: "You are the Daumann representative Herr Mannlicher appointed, ja? Please assist these gentlemen with whatever they man need to carry out their orders. I must also remind you this matter ist eine Streng Geheime Staatsache - not a word to anyone." The director led the group toward the access hatch as he spoke. Quickly entering an override code, the gangway lit up, door slowly hissing up to reveal the access hatch of the Archer Class Cruiser beyond. Conclusion in font analysis: Every font should be used with size at least 4. Exceptions: Agency FB should be used with size 6 (or at least 5), Oswald is better used with 5 too, and Bank Printer with 5 too.
Colors:
Then more they are colorful-bright, than better their readability in general, no need to go dark with a dark background. You can find here color schemer, with RGB wheel which contains quite bright colors where using harmony options you can see their complementation to each other.
And at the same time, choosing color is a little bit more tricky than that. Different colors call for different emotions, red for anger, green to calm, try to not forget about it. And I think not every bright color has good enough readability. I'm speaking about purple and red ones, they feel different, probably because of the mentioned reason.
Sometimes bright colors can be a little bit too bright, but it's mostly because of style sense.

Incident: First culprit appeared to be a really new pilot in space with a ship named Pan_man_007, he was not having the best transport, but enough to carry 2970 Sorted Artifacts. He was clearly not knowing any laws at all, and while the cargo was dropped, mentioning a fine made him decide that jettisoning himself in an escape pod during a confrontation is a good way to escape justice. His ship was disabled. Photo evidence for his jettisoning is attached.
The second ship was met a transport Mimiko's_Notten_Express, with Kishiro license, but wrong IFF showing zoners. He claimed flying already at least a few years to provide commodities for Abh Research Group base, which is named Abh Tsukihime Lab Main. I met him again later and mapped the base when he returned with his supplies, which he brings from Burgundy. He said that the base was already registered in the Kusari government, which needs to be checked.
The third confrontation was rather interesting in Hokkaido. When I first came to a scene I saw blood dragon VHF firing at Buruhonetto hogosha gunboat transport, which carried sorted artifacts. Deciding that even Buruhonetto is a smuggler, he's still kusarian, I started defending him from blood dragon VHF, which flew away when he saw my intentions. Then I ordered Buruhonetto to cut his engines, but Hogosha tried to escape, and I didn't deal with his contraband yet. But he never heard my words, and I decided to open fire. His ship was rather tough.... and blood dragon VHF came again and continued attacking Hogosha transport. Since I would have big trouble to get through hogosha ship alone, I didn't question his help. After Hogosha ship was disabled, another criminal arrived, Nayarra SHF. Analyzing the situation, I came to a conclusion, they are allies. And blood dragon confirmed that, saying she's his sister. I decided that I'm vastly outpowered and it would be also not appropriate time to arrest a criminal after he "helped" me to apprehend a smuggler which tried to kill us both. Hogosha Razor blasts were to close to my likes for both of us.
Forth and the last situation araised in New Tokyo where I arrived at a chase between |K|-IKN-'Sagiri', which appeared to be belonging to kusarian intelligence forces driving gunboat, and already familiar Nayarra SHF. Releasing that gunboat has no chances to catch it, I suggested my help to |K|-IKN-'Sagiri', when he ordered just to CD it, I started doing it, but Nayarra opened fire in almost destroying my ship without warning and I was forced to enter the fight. We chased it for a while, I then suggested I would have 1 vs 1 fight with it and gunboat disengaged flying elsewhere. Nayarra still tried to escape though, because every time when it tried to confront me, it received very heavy damage. After some time I was able to disable her ship and arrest GC pilot.
Details of Event: Pan_man_007: Heron Train, Freelancer IFF, three different IDs, Orbital Spa ID was equipped, Sorted Artifacts contraband.

I have a feeling something is really honeyed there for them, for example captured gallic battleship Carcassonne was really close to this location. The battleship was reported by civilian train passing through the system, named James~Martin. He said mentioned battleship destroyed our cruisers there, and he has visual evidence containing the battleship surrounded by a lot of cargo debris. LN Battle Cruiser came and decided to escort with fining him, but they didn't come to agreement which led to opening fire.

I personally believe that the defaut font is a blessing in disguise, even though it might not look that fancy initially.
Alternatively, I myself prefer fonts that have a bit more of the elements that remind me of actual handwriting, like Georgia.
In the end, though if I could - I would just write everything by hand with my fountain pen, because writing on a computer takes too much time and effort.

I concur. Perhaps even expand it a bit and show a couple of ways of how to improve your writing, too. List of the styles and fonts that seem to be working best and are both looking great and are easy on the eyes would be really nice to have.

It's computer-generated dummy text. Just google "Fish text generator" or "Dummy text generator online" to find it.
These tools generate meaningless text of any length to fill something where a random text is needed
