Installed the new mod, always get this warning before the mod manager opens "There was a problem while inspecting one or more mods in the \mods folder, Please read the log for more information" I have looked all over and can't find the log!

If so, then other mods may be having some errors.

If not, then you more than likely have a corrupted download. Delete the file, and re-download is all I can suggest.
