Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime. Note that using the Pirate Train means you cannot land on any lawful bases as it makes you too visible to the authorities.
Does that (landing on lawful bases with Pirate Train) also include the Pirate Transport or just Train? I'm assuming it does for various reasons.
A simple yes or no will be okay.
If yes then the ID needs to be re-written.

only tain imo because what isnt restricted, is allowed.
and train and transport are totaly different shis so till transport isnt there, you can dock whenever you want

Pirate Transport does not have restricted landing rights, unless the ID or IFF/Tag has them due to diplomatic hostilities.
