This is a simple, and I doubt very popular request.
I hereby ask the admin to slightly LOWER the current player cap on the server.
REASONS:
- The lag is unbearable, I run at a 70-80 ping, that isn't bad, but the lag is so intolerable, trade lanes can jump 3k at a time.
- NPC's when they eventually spawn, can be a nightmare to fight, even light fighter. Legionnares were annoying enough without the lag.
- PvP will be stressed, yes this is a RP server, but oppossing factions and events will be very strained during this test period.
- Surviving Gallia NPC's is suicide in current climate, although I've only faced them in SP.
- The Order and other Edge World players, are buggered. The Nomads and Ace NPC's will kill you.
I expect lots of angry people. Bring it.:rtfm:

I actually experience only a little more lag, haven't seen the npcs jump around or anything. Server population has decreased a bit since yesterday, might have something to do with it

I haven't met a single bit of lag since 4.85, wierd no?
But This isn't going to happen i don't think, and it would be even harder to get into this already jam packed server as it is.

I'd rather be playing a laggy server than not playing at all. Plus I haven't been lagging anyway

Lag is same as before for me, I am located at eastern Europe. None of the issues stated up above occured to me as well. And I play like 3-7 hours a day recently. So no need to lower.
PS: Server sometimes die but that is not the issue I believe.

Honestly were has all the patient people disappeard to. Its a Beta release. I can deal with the lag its all for the greater good in the end. And seriously its very selfish to expect the player limit to be dropped. Because ill tell you this much you could drop the player limit to 90 right now. And you would most likly still get crashes. Thats why its a beta, if it were bug free then it would not be a beta.

I am in Canada, and everything is fine, beside the server crashing everyonce in a while because of all the bugs.

No. This is just a buzz because a new mod came out, when the final comes, you can expect it to be at least 25 less ppl on, maybe, at least thats what the admins said.
