Owner's Name (and Organization's Name if applicable): Holger Wanka License requested and reason(s) for it: To take part in reclamation operations in New York system and for hauling Premium Scrap within Liberty-controlled space to smelters and refineries on Z-8550 "Pitbull" Pirate Train. I was convinced to acquire one by honorable officer, srgt.Andrew Wilson, because he assured me that even such good deeds as the removal of scrap from Liberty should be registered, so that the people of this worthy House would know whom to thank. Despite the fact that this ship is prohibited by Liberty constitution, under Section III, Paragraph I,because it belongs to Z-line technology,this exact paragraph also mentions how to be allowed to use such special ship,if some special criteria are met by the pilot,which includes: The ship-holder must be in neutral or good standing with the Liberty Police, Liberty Security Force, and Liberty Navy. The ship-holder must be in neutral or good standing with the Big Three (Ageira Technologies, Interspace Commerce, and Universal Shipping). The ship to be registered must not be purchased from the Liberty Rogues or Mollys. I have sought to meet all the criteria listed above and with all this I request my ship with callsign "Schurkenschiff",to be allowed to operate a "Pitbull" pirate transport within the House of Liberty for lawful purposes, that only includes hauling and trading Premium Scrap that will benefit the House of Liberty ecologicaly and monetary.
