My name is Lulatia Bellisario and I am the newly appointed Deep Space Engineering (DSE) representative to Gallia and Kusari.
On behalf of Deep Space Engineering I would hereby inquire to obtain a B2 Permit for DSE to operate in Gallic space. As this permit requires us to negotiate with a representative prior to the start of the application process I hereby hope to start the negotiations for DSE.
Our main activities in Gallic space shall be:

Our crews will furthermore refrain from transporting goods considered contraband or any and all for which our corporation does not have the authority nor license to transport.
