Your modular base has not been registered with the Republic of Liberty and even worse it is set up near our Jump Gate. This alone can be considered an act of terrorism and we will respond accordingly. Anyone that prevents the flow of trade between Liberty and Bretonia will face the full might of the Liberty Police, Inc. and Liberty Naval Forces. So you should heed my warning and deal with us before LibNav gets involved because I can assure you they are less patient then I. You have eight hours to get your base registered before the Blackwatch Fleet is able to get its assets in position for base destruction.
