Exporting 3D Model and Importing to FL? - anthrax - 03-13-2009 I have this 3D Model a friend built, Its a pretty awesome fighter- So I wanted to add hardpoints and then import it, where are tutorials for this? I need to know- Hardpoints Importing Exporting Opening it as a Mod in FLMM Exporting it in the format from Blender + Python Pic-

Exporting 3D Model and Importing to FL? - Linkero - 03-15-2009 What program is that you are using? Also what file types can you export to? You will end up needing Milkshape 3D to import the model, then export it as a .cmp, afterwards, you will have to open it up in HardCMP and use that for your hardpoints(which you know). There are a few good tutorials around the site that shall help you. I will edit my post in a few minutes to point you in the right direction Edit: saw the program you are using. Its not from here but nonetheless its pretty good Edit again.... Open the model up in blender, then goto File>Export>Wavefront(.obj) Afterwards open up Milkshape and click File>import>Wavefront OBJ. To export from Milkshape to CMP, use the CMP exporter plugin. If you dont have Milkshape, you can get it at the following link.
