A released report earlier this morning revealed that two MND agents were sent to pick up MP Linus von Claussen and leader of the Imperial Party for an emergency national security briefing as he is constitutionally mandated to attend. The two agents repeatedly requested for the pilot of Claussen's shuttle to comply and eventually he followed the Federal Agents. What looks like from the footage the shuttle abruptly stopped several times without good reasons in an apparent attempt to buy more time. Eventually the ship halted entirely inside Norddrauwolke Field in Cologne system refusing to continue despite the pleading of the Federal Agents to move because they are in danger. Based on the conversation logs, it appears that the Federal Agents feared something fishy was going on.

Their fears came true a few minutes later when a Unioner Assault Team came directly to their positions. Believing that they were set up by Linus von Claussen and his Unioners, the Federal Agents successfully fled the scene.
To remind viewers, the Unioners are responsible for a number of terrorist and piracy acts against the people of Rheinland. Oh particular note is the Alster Shipyard "Gas Chambers" Attack in which hundreds of shipyard workers and law enforcement were killed in an excruciating death scene that is famously depicted in the lithograph of Johann Schweiss, the 'Choked Worker'.
In response, MP Fiona Künstler from the United Democratic Foundation (UDF) demanded in the Bundestag for a full and immediate investigation of the ties between the Imperial Party and The Unioners. She concluded her speech by adding "If Linus von Claussen can summon a full Unioner assault team to his location at any time in order to trap and kill Federal Agents who were simply doing their jobs, then I cannot imagine what more these people are capable of doing."
Thirty minutes ago the Bundestag with a simple majority voted for the immunity withdrawal of Linus von Claussen. His intelligence clearances have also been revoked. The law enforcement has been authorized to arrest the MP from Hamburg for the following crimes:

do not fall for this obviously pre-planned character assassination and yet another smear campaign from the ruling FedCon-UDF coalition. We are witnessing the ruling government's abuse of power when it makes use of the Marinenachrichtendienst as a tool for their dirty job. They accused us of fascism yet they so flagrantly abuse the powers of our intelligence agencies to remove political opponents? A move straight out of fascist textbook.
Is it not ironic that Herr vonClaussen is to be arrested for "leaking [of] classified information for political gain" yet somehow this news service publishes a full top secret BDM report? I will be launching an investigation in the Bundestag with the aim to locate the source of this leak and I will be personally contacting the Buro immediately. The real question that arises from this hit-piece Is whether the BDM is just an unwilling tool in the political machinations of the FedCon-UDF or whether our agents are now joining the political fray, a fragrant abuse of the power Rhienland has entrusted in them.
As for the charges themselves and comments of my dear colleague Fiona Künstler, I see no proof that Herr vonClausses posses the almost magical ability to "summon a full Unioner assault team to his location at any time a charge that is nothing but absurd. It is far more likely the appearance of the Unioner pirates is just a sad result of the utter failure of this and previous governments to reign in the Unioner organisation. Government, I will remind everyone, took steps to pardon the Bundschuh terrorists and murderers and that is propped up by Bundschuh sympathizers. It seems that the leniency of the Neumann administration only goes towards criminal elements that suit this government.
In the end, rather than being a portrayal of Herr vonClaussen, this news report is yet another proof of how far the government is going to go to in their attempt to delegitimize all political opposition.
