The Noren means of communication between communes and worker groups started with messenger teams being dispatched frequently between Farmer Alliance stations and other shady outposts. The reluctance on using Samura developed and monitored communication systems that AFA was used to, and the lack of technical experience of the matter for most members, meant that it took some weeks before digital communications resumed operations in an efficient manner.
In the network they created, mission reports, messages to loved ones, as well news of victory or achievements mingled and gave a sense of progression and hope to the members of the movement at home and abroad.

Unknown activity in Kyushu system.
Ohayou, minna domo. The Kagoshima militia group has managed to set up its communication transmitter, and there is already some stuff to say.
Recent flight patrols have given up the location of a cluster of activity by some foreigners in the western Ohka Dust Field, but unusually away from the Tau-23 jumphole where these folks usually show up.
This days it was my turn to have a patrol in the area, and I could confirm with my eyes some increased activity. Fighter patrols, a few freighters carrying materials to a point in the south corner of the field. There seemed to be an outpost in the works, but a weird black ship, a kurofune like the ancient ones was keeping watch on the construction.

Their radioman hailed us at the beginning in some weird tongue, couldn't make a single word out of it. After a moment it spoke in Kusarian about them being the Sirius Coalition, and to keep our distance.
Say, aren't these the guys which the workers council in Kagoshima got their inspiration from? Those guys are here, in Kusari now?
Things might get interesting. Another pilot of our patrols later told me there have been some skirmishes going on between the black ship guys and the GC and some Outcasts stragglers. Not sure who was chasing who, if the kurofune guys where chasing and hunting down outcasts, or if the Outcasts had followed the kurofune and tried to destroy them...
We will probably have to give a talk to them to see where they stand...

Apparently former Farmers who had similar ideas to we now. Quite an interesting talk, had been a long time since I stumbled upon Coalition vessels. Looks like they are more active recently.

Latest Nouren developments
Good morning, dear brothers and sisters of the verdant soil of Kusari. It is I, Delegate Fei with the latest news from the recent assembly meeting in Kagoshima.
Good news everyone! Our second assembly of the Union of the Communes went well, with the Workers Council of Kagoshima hosting the assembly. It included Delegates of the Kyushu "Kyushu Autonomous 1st Agricultural District" "Kyushu Autonomous 2nd Agricultural District" and the "United Workers Council of Cape Soya". Communes in Planet Miyazaki and other farmer organizations in Planet Kyushu declined or were unable to participate in the meeting.
Working topics of the meeting included:
- Outreach to sympathisers in New Tokyo, Shikoku, Honshu and Nagano, to spread and assist in creation of new Communes.
- Tackling the dependency of Samura Industries, both in direct farm work as well as indirect operations in space.
- Discussions on unified stance of Nouren on important organizations in the region.
- Discussing possibilities of out of Kusari operations.
- The Role of the Tiger Corps in Nouren
Long talks were fruitful, and several resolutions were approved, namely the establishment of informal ranks into the Tiger Corps and the decision to create Union Commissariats for coordinating large topics that require more decisive action.
Our first envoys have reached Kamisu base in the Honshu system, and are hard at work to promote our cause in the eastern Kusari. We hope to hear the news about our movement affiliates organising themselves in Kamisu and extending our message to the workers in the planetside in the coming weeks.

Routine stroll out around Kusari. Sent a message to a Republican Shipping vessel, identification "Swady". They carried Synth Gel. Disabled the vessel with the message never ever to come back to Kusari with that stuff.
Second happening, a Bretonian vessel belonging to BMM. "Tectonic", is the identification. Willingly donated half a million credits, as an act of sympathizing with our honest and noble cause.
Unfortunately, not everyone is as ready to sit down and talk with us. Commanding Naval Officer of the "KNS-Musashi" was particularly persistent to attempt and chase me down. Quite an impossible task with a Komainu, so I had a bit of fun fooling them.

Meeting with Premier Guiterrez, Sirius Coalition
Brothers of the Revolution, there has been progress in our struggles. A few days ago a delegation of our representatives, of which I was included, managed to meet with the Premier of the Sirius Coalition himself, at a discrete location near our zone.
Brief introductions and talks about the future of the Revolution in Kusari, and the roles that our Union and the Coalition would take were discussed. The comrades from abroad are receptive to our cause, and urged us to show more of our potential. Brief discussions about what would our relation with their other political partners in the House, the Blood Dragons, as well as their enemies, the Outcasts and the radical feminists servants, also ensued.
Premier Guiterrez group was pleased with the material gifts we provided for the meeting, and proposed that the Union joined their international association that they named Coalition International, or COALINTERN. I will bring the motion to the next Assembly of the Communes, so it can be decided by the delegates.
