The Order - Blood Dragons - Bundschuh treaty
Sigma Alliance
18th June, 822 A.S.

1. Access and territorial rights
Purpose of article 1 is open border treaty between The Order, Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee (Bundschuh) and Blood Dragons, formalizing specific authority in well defined territories. Following outline is a division for overlapping spheres of influence and ownership. All recognized neutral-friendly states are also honored.
1.1 Blood Dragon sovereignty
The signatories gain free access to Shogunate sovereign space, recognizing Dragon leadership dominion within following star systems:

⧫ All Kusari systems and systems bordering Kusari with exception of Okinawa and Sigma cluster

1.2 The Order protectorate
The signatories gain free access to Omicron territories, recognizing The Order Overwatch’s jurisdiction within following star systems:

⧫ All Omicron systems

1.3 Bundschuh territory
The signatories gain free access to systems under VWA/Bundschuh authority, recognizing their jurisdiction within following star systems:

⧫ All Rheinland systems and systems bordering Rheinland with exception of Sigma cluster.

1.4 GMG
Due to diplomatic status of GMG, neither side claims any territory or authority within Guild’s space. GMG territory gains neutral status ground between signatories, defined as:

⧫ Entirety of Sigma cluster
⧫ Okinawa system
⧫ 15k perimeter of Aomori, Honshu system.

2. Assistance and cooperation
Article 2 of the treaty outlines range of avenues participating factions are sworn to adhere to. At the basic core, The Order, Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee and Blood Dragons will exchange real time tactical data in the field and co-ordinate at every level of command from regular patrol flights through mid-command to leadership echelons.
2.1 Mutual Defense Treaty
Signatories are obligated to stand in each other’s defense, no matter affiliation of the aggressor.

2.2 Hardware exchange
The Order, Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee and Blood Dragons agree to permit free usage of each other’s vessels up to gunboat classes and weaponry of any designation. Nomad prototypes are only exception to this article.

2.3 Logistics and scientific co-operation
Formalization and strengthening of existing economic ties, alongside creating new avenues benefitting both signatories. Easing existing restrictions concerning flow of information between sanctified Omoikane Research Group (Blood Dragons), The Hannibal Research Institute (The Order) and The Bielefeld University (Bundschuh).

2.4 Stolen technology
Participating organisations agree to mutually engage any individuals using technology acquired in unlawful way.

3. Common laws and customs
Extraordinary amends and common regulations concerning banned commodities, exceptions to said rules and organisations both organisations adhere to not antagonize for sake of friendly relations of the other. At the core, it is expected to aid one another in apprehending criminals/renegades and support course of justice according to signatories own rules.
3.1 Anti-Nomad smuggling operations
Blood Dragons and Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee permit The Order to perform anti-smuggling operations on their own initiative within each respective sovereignty. Blood Dragons and VWA will additionally aid The Order in the cause.

3.2 Nomad-derived technology usage
The Order permits development, production and free usage of cloaking devices to Blood Dragon movement and Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee (VWA|).

3.3 Contraband
Following commodities are outlawed in both Shogunate sovereignty, Bundschuh territorial claims and The Order protectorate:

*GC are excepted from the rule

Allies to one or the other factions will gain diplomatic protection status, forbidding acts of aggression against specific groups unless in self defense or in violation of owns laws/directives.

Formulated and signed in shadow of planet Tunis, Omicron Epsilon by representatives of The Order Overwatch and civilian government of Sirius Coalition as well as its military forces to replace and amend previous agreement annulled by actions of now deposed Bretonian puppet government of New Moscow. Previous agreement may be accessed with following link for archival and historical purpose.

The Order - Sirius Coalition peace treaty


The Signatories are bound to follow and implement the following articles:

  1. Re-affirming and continuing to foster peaceful coexistence and co-operation between The Order and Sirius Coalition, as well as respect each other's interests.

  2. Continued access and visas to travel across respective territories for the purpose of non-combatant, military and economic traffic. There will be no limit on duration of stay.

  3. Form a military alliance to combat common threats. This alliance will extend to the liberation of Omega 49 from Bretonian Royalists as well as combatting Core Forces in Omicrons.

  4. The Order will take part in the COALINTERN initiative: It will take among other commitments, intensifying support and commitment to Blood Dragon’s revolution in Kusari. Any future additions are voluntary and no legal obligations can be pressed.

  5. Sirius Coalition agrees that The Order is in no moral and practical position to wage war upon the Corsair Empire.

  6. Sales of hardware - ships and weapons - up to gunboat tonnage classification will be open for each member of The Order and Sirius Coalition.

  7. Exchange of capital ships will be tightly restricted to officers of The Order Overwatch and mainstay units of Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army only.

  8. Scientific Pact between signatories will seek to research alien technology (Slomon K’Hara and Daam K’Vosh) for peaceful exploitation exclusively benefitting both sides.

  9. Exception being the technology utilized by an entity known as the “Gammu AI”. The Order and Sirius Coalition will combine resources to reverse engineer and study AI weapon systems, propulsion and other yet unspecified technology for potential implementation and risk assessment.

The Agreement of Algérie

The Order:
  1. Will obey the lawsof the Gallic Union Laws within the borders of Gallia. (Ile-de-France, Brittany (known to Sirius as Orkney) Burgundy, Champagne, Languedoc, Lorraine, Orléanais, Picardy, Provence and Zurich).

  2. Will avoid confrontation and ignore provocations from the Core and Technocracy of Auxo respectively.

  3. Will report such cases to the Gallic authorities with visual and audio evidence.

  4. Will not collaborate in any way shape or form with individuals or organizations considered as enemies of the state of the Gallic Union (hostile): Gallic Brigands, Maquis, Outcasts and any kind of alien entities called Nomads.

  5. Will share any kind of intelligence or other findings regarding Gallic Brigands, Maquis, Outcast or Nomad actions within Union territories or at its borders with the Gallic authorities.

The Gallic Union:
  1. Will allow The Order to perform trade and commerce of goods within the Gallic Union in accordance with Gallic Laws.

  2. Will allow The Order to use vessels up to Gunboat-class within Gallic territories.

  3. Will allow Order merchant/logistics ships of any tonnage to access Gallic stations belonging to Gallic authorities and the national corporations (EFL Oil & Machinery, Gallic Metal Service and IDF Shipping).

  4. Will allow the gathering of intelligence within Gallic space that The Order is obligated to share with Gallic Naval Command.

  5. Will allow self-defense in accordance with Gallic Laws. Furthermore The Order is required to report cases of any and all provocations or attacks commited by The Core and/or The Technocracy of Auxo.

  6. Will allow the active support of Gallic Navy and National Intelligence units against mutual enemies.

Purpose: Normalization of relations

Coming into effect:: 20/6/829

Context: In the year 818 After Settlement, as a result of several regional crises, Admiralty’s blunders and miscalculations, rising tensions and The Order drifting away from Corsair's sphere of influence; the Council of Elders dissolved the Alliance in bad blood. Soon after numerous now-defunct Corsair warbands entered the 818 A.S. Zoner Alliance crisis as independent actor hostile to The Order. What followed was a regrettable state of cold war with intermittent hostilities perpetuated by both sides' grievances. Over time as new leaders have taken helm on both sides, both sides have come to re-develop common understanding and established tentative peace and non-interference in each other's affairs. This treaty is a cumulative attempt at normalising relations between people of Crete and The Order and restoring semblance of peace in the Omicron sector.




The Order will:
  1. Will open access to The Order Overwatch space to civilian, military and commercial interests of Corsair Empire

  2. Follow laws and regulations set by the Deterrence Conclave and The Brotherhood Elders within Corsair controlled space. Wherein, any statutory difference in regulations will be deferred to the regionally dominant group as established internally by the Corsairs.

  3. Assist militarily against mutual enemies designated as such by both sides. Those are but not limited to: Nomad, Core, Auxesia, AI, Outcast menaces.

  4. Pledge to monetarily compensate Cretans for loss of property and/or profit at base market related to active artifacts confiscated by The Order if no ill intent is at play.

  5. Include clause permitting Corsair official representatives to carry inactive artifacts and relics unhindered in space patrolled by The Order.

  6. Recognize Omicron Delta to be the demarcation line between Corsair Empire and The Order.

The Corsairs will:
  1. Open access to territory of Corsair Empire to combatant and non-combatants interests of The Order.

  2. Follow laws and regulations of The Order Overwatch Protectorate within Order controlled space.

  3. Assist militarily against mutual enemies designated as such by both sites. Those are but not limited to: Nomad, Core, Auxesia, AI, Outcast menaces.

  4. Allow The Order to scan and monitor artifact trade within The Order territories*. Artifacts that are considered to be a threat to public safety, either though active danger or potential for reverse engineering will be confiscated by The Order R&D

  5. Recognize Omicron Delta* to be the demarcation line between Corsair Empire and The Order.
* For the intent of the treaty, the border between The Order and Corsairs will be set at Omicron Delta, with The Order staking claims on star systems galactic north of it. Both polities may retain rights to patrol and enforce their laws in the buffer of Omicron Delta. In an event of jumphole phase re-alignment causing conflict of interest, the border will be redefined.
