License requested and reason(s) for it: A Gaian captain named Layla Velasquez reached out to me recently about the living conditions of the wildlife kept aboard Breezewood's menagerie. At one point she offered to station 10 of her people on my ship to care for the creatures. Obviously this is a terrible idea, but I am intrigued and wanted to know the legal situation about having 10 members of a hostile faction to Liberty aboard a Liberty-charted corporate vessel. Would Breezewood still be welcome in Liberty space with such an arrangement, with a special license if needed, or would such guests be detained by the first Navy or Police patrol we come across?
