[Systems]Frankfurt mining field - MasterL410 - 05-03-2020

Bug: Aluminium mining field has two types of rock + drops are low

In the new Aluminium mining field, there are two types of rocks present, the ones from the normal asteroid field before, which will not drop you any ore when shot, and the normal mining rocks. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but it is annoying and confusing at least.
I have also noticed that the ore drops are very small (2-5 units on average, 11 at a shot was the best I could get while mining 8000 units).
I'm using a DHC ID/IFFed Surveyor with full mining lasers, not sure if the DHC ID's mining bonus was nerfed or if it's the field, please let me know.

Working on it now. The exclusion zone exists, but isn't active. Will fix the field droprate too.

In addition to the system changes, you should see an improvement to drop-rates after the next server restart. The mining field had not been activated in the mining plugin, and was still attempting to buff fields in Munich.
