Bug: CD Mount needs moving

The CD/Torp mount is located on the starboard main hull aft of the cockpit. Given the limited range of motion this mount has, the weapon has less than 90 degrees of usability in the horizontal because the hull blocks firing past the centerline.
Suggested fix: Place the CD where the centerline forward facing turret is currently, and place turret mounts symmetrically where the CD is. This would require one additional turret, but would not add statistically to the fire power since firing both turrets would be impossible in most of the current arcs used by the forward facing turret, including not being able to fire across the centerline.

The proposed solution resulted in increased forward firepower (turrets have a lot of "leeway" in the arc they can fire at, regardless of their rotation) and some minor, but ugly clipping.
Instead I've moved the HpTorpedo02 slot to a nice centered position on the top of the cockpit.
Fix will be applied in the next patch.
