[Other] NPC language in Liberty default not English - Burning - 05-27-2020

Bug: The NPCs in Liberty talk in the default language of the game installation, not English

This might not be a bug at all, I thought I'd report it nevertheless.
So I have the German version of Freelancer, meaning the default language is German. The NPCs of every house talk in their respective language, except those of Liberty, who speak in German. It led me to believe it's because I have the German version.
