ADMIN NOTICE: Player Imprisoned - Dieter Schprokets - 03-19-2009
The abovementioned player has been sanctioned due to a report filed on March 18 for:

In-game tag seen before the name must match the ID as closely as possible. It is not allowed to have the tag not match ID category. For example, it is prohibited to have 'Police' tag and 'Pirate' ID.
Equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible. For example, it is not allowed for Corsairs to use Outcast ships and guns.
Comments:
You are driving a BH Bomber, LR tagged, with a wide variety of weapons. You have an identity crisis, and you are in Bastille, missing 10 million credits for our trouble.
Let us know here what it is that character is supposed to be.

Yes i am driving BH bomber,and have wide variety of weapons.It5 help me to survive.I think and it is not only my opinion that you are very resricted.I am playing as freelancer and that mean that i do not want to join any fraction.Iam free man,and you onthis way restricted my freedom.This is not ok from your side.I am not cheating,not attacking other players just using best of the best and i am here just for fun.A lot of seek peoples you have here which are humilating other players because they have better ships.Why do not sanction them.
Just want to say that you are restricting my human rights.
As i already said to restrictive.I think you should enter some more rules,or enter some new ID,which is allowed to use all other weapons.Why should i use some Rhainland weapons,or BH weapons when Outcast weapon is better,and help me to finish missions better.
As i already said it is not my opinion,but from a lot of players.
Freelancer mean free man,man who is thinking by his head and know what is the best for him,want to stay free and not willing to join any fraction,and because of that he must have best weapons and best ships(by his opinion).When he get in some trouble no one will help him but himself.
Probabbly my opinion do not mean anything to you but it is my opinion and i have my right to speak as free man.PLS answer ASAP.

Decide what that character is, please, and tell us. Is it a bounty hunter? A liberty rogue? What, exactly?
Because right now it is a Spitfire, armed with German guns, with a Russian engine, piloted by an American on the Japanese side of the battle of Pearl Harbor.
Nobody who encounters your character can logically decide how to deal with you. That is the problem.

First of all thanks for your quick reply.
As i already said i am not LR no BH,just freelancer
And i understand your rules but i think you should change it.As you already said we are here to have fun,not to restrict my or someother rights.
I ma not here to insolt someone,or to harm someone.Just want to have fun.

I have some friends military pilots and they told me in our army we have had aeroplains produced by our country,with Russian equipement,and with weapons from some other side and that was good combination.
Same situation wth military ships.Our hull,Mercedes engine,Russian radars,Swedish weapons.
Because of that my opinion was to create in game ship under my needs with all best equipement,again mentioned just for fun.Because i like combats,not interesting for PVP,justwant to have something to defend me in case of attack.
As alredy said this is not only my opinion in think that your server would be much better if you allowed something like this.
Also support your decision for baning anyone who cheating,ant not on few days but forever.

Mate this is a Game and there are rules so other know what do in situations when we encounter Pvp, we arn't in the USAAF Military, in Freelancer and more importantly in Discovery There must be faction rules or it may as well be no rules and frankly that would look very bad and not ver RP would it?
The reason so many people play discovery is because of its amazing RP Type, In Rp why on earth would a LR go to a Ship dealer and show his LR ID and buy a Bh Ship i am sorry but if its Rp then the dealer would just take you as hostile and shoot you or yell for security forfually games arn't that realistic, But this Rp server trys to make it as realstic as possible to assure Gameplay is at its peak.

thank you for join this conversation.
First of all my ID is Freelancer,and LR is tag which i do not want.In case if buy friendship with some fraction my tag is changing.I have had a lot of tag,and do not know why is that.My opinion is that this shold be repaired in some future mod.If i myID is Freelancer,let stay and freelancer tag.
I want to go pass all systems,do not want to stay only in one system,and have to buying or on some other way i have to earn frindship,explore system and that is it.I am realy seek of tired,of explanation to all player that i am freelancer.Good players scan me,and nobody ask nothing,but a lot of other players when see LR tag or Naval,or something else,start yeling and make trouble.
My opinion is that something have to change,and thing that game will be more interesting and more realistic.
Maybe i will be minor with my opinion but that is my opinion and thai what i am thinking about it.
If you want something make better and better you have to change that.

As the person who filed that report, I will say a few things.
I personally came up to you, and spent good 5 minutes trying to explain the lack of RP sense behind your loadout, and tried to explain this being an RP server.
And frankly, your every answer was "I don't care", or "These weapons are better" "They help me survive" etc.
My advice to you is that you nicely listen to what Dieter told you, and pick what you wish to be.
Your weapons must agree with your tag, ID, and ship of choice. Ain't no big philosophy behind it.
And after the server restart, you trying to run away from me so I can't get a screenshot serves you not.

I'd ask you to speak in english so the others understand what you're saying.
And saying that we're "too into the game" really does not help you. It's an RP server, mate, and people who are "into RP" play here.
If you do not like RP, then at least try to play in a way which does not spoil our fun, so keep at least to the RP minimum and have a correct weapons loadout, ID, ship, and tag. It really is not that hard.
Have you ever wondered why the server is constantly packed with players? Cause "this RP stuff" makes it all more fun and immersive. Check out the PvP servers, see what their population is like..
Going around pew pewing with fancy weapons gets tiresome very soon, when you mix it with RP, when you play like we all play here, you'll then understand what it is all about.
