Bug: Pilots price on Battleship Harlow in Newcastle inconsistent

Battleship Harlow buys Molly pilots for only 5000 credits. All the other Bretonian battleships buy them for 10000. Haven't checked other pilot commodities but it's possible they are also wrongly priced.
Oversight or intended ?
