Lag problem - Korrd - 10-01-2005

During the last battle between Coallition and Alliance (later to be commented by our GNN journalist Kane), i've been experiencing severe lag problems..
when i checked the ping to 81.26.155.31 (DGC server) using the Ping command, i discovered that the ping was arround 900!!!!! :blink: :shok: (thats explains why my ship was so unresponsive :angry2: )

Have anyone else been experiencing lag problems during the battle? or is just my internet connection?

Well i have pics from the PvP that commenced after the [A] vs. [C] battle. It was between Dab and Lancer. After a challenging battle Dab was victorious. He succeeded in destroying Lancer with his Osiris. Lancer wasn't much behind with his Rheiland BS. A few seconds more and the battle may have had different end. Anyway here r the pics. The last one is the destructoin of Dabs heavy damaged Osiris. ENJOY! :) :P

See lancer decided t try to shoot my guns off, while i just shot him. He succeded in blowing half mine off but by then it only took those 4 turrets to finish him off.

So the System is still in the Alliace possesion.
Sry but i don't remember the battle , exept the tasks i had. I think that Kane has good pics from it. I didn't had the overview-was too busy fightin'. All i remember was that Korrd was my first target. I think the Coalition (Dab and Korrd) had picked on Lancer. So shortly after the destruction of Korrd , i found myself vs. Dab and his Osiris.
To be honest i didn't think I could win this one. I was in my ccruser and the shield was almost down , and Dab had his Osirsis all operational. I don't know was it luck or somethin' else, (Kane and Nesa and later Korrd arrived in his fighter, spectated the end of the battle) but I was successful in destroying all of Dab's turrets. After that it was easy...

Expect full review of the battle by Kane.
