There's not really any good place to sell them. You're best off just selling them on the forums to people who need them for POB equipment production.

The battleship ones sell highest at 135,000cr
• Sunderland Research Station, Darlington, Newcastle
• Prduhoe Skunk Works, Alaska
• Kansai Research Station, Honshu
• Calais Research Facility, Picardy
and for 90,000 at other research stations and assorted bases.
