Possible Insight into Crashes - Balance - 03-23-2009
In the beta, several commodities had "shared" icons and it casued them to randomly change in view, etc.
The crash of a few minutes ago and the other one within the past half hour I had a "civilian pilot" in my hold taken from an IDF ship downed in a mission in Champagne.
A minute or two before each of these crashes, the icon changed from a civilian pilot to one for the "ship's crew".
Hope that is helpful. I believe the infocard remained (O80% certain anyway) but the graphic changed each time.

this "model switching" can not crash the server. This was tested before.
